Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to your use of Recompensated, including account creation, earning activity, promotional systems, points, withdrawals, support, and any related features we make available. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and the related legal notices, including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Operator information

Eligibility and account responsibility

You may use the platform only if you can lawfully enter into these terms and satisfy the minimum age and identity requirements that apply to your country and payment methods. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

One person, one account

Unless we clearly approve otherwise in writing, you may not operate more than one account, share accounts, create self-referrals, farm accounts, or use another person’s identity, payment destination, or device environment to gain rewards. We may suspend or close accounts, withhold or reverse earnings, or refuse payouts where abuse, duplication, or fraudulent linkage is detected.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use bots, scripts, automation, VPNs, proxies, emulators, device spoofing, traffic masking, provider circumvention, offer abuse, misleading activity, fake conversions, or any other method designed to manipulate rewards, bypass geographic rules, or interfere with providers, advertisers, or platform integrity.

How points work

Points are an internal platform balance used for rewards and selected platform features. Points are not bank money, e-money, or stored monetary value, and they do not give you ownership rights outside the redemption options we choose to make available. We may change earning rates, feature rules, prize pools, thresholds, costs, or redemption options where reasonably necessary.

Offers, surveys, cashback, and partner systems

Many earning opportunities are provided through third-party networks, advertisers, survey providers, cashback merchants, or affiliate systems. A displayed reward is not a guarantee of payment. Credit can be delayed, denied, reversed, or held if a provider rejects the completion, if tracking fails, if a merchant cancels or rejects a purchase, or if fraud or duplicate behavior is detected.

Daily engagement, wheel, cases, raffle, promo, referral, and VIP systems

Features such as daily bonuses, streaks, missions, achievements, promo codes, wheel spins, loot cases, raffles, referral commissions, VIP plans, and leaderboard contests are promotional platform systems governed by the rules shown on the relevant pages and any additional conditions we publish from time to time. We may correct obvious errors, refuse abusive claims, reverse duplicated rewards, or suspend participation if the system is misused or a provider conflict exists.

Prize pools, probability-based systems, and promotional changes

Prize pools, wheel segments, case drop tables, referral percentages, VIP benefits, raffle structures, and similar promotional settings may change over time. Unless a specific campaign expressly guarantees otherwise, future settings can be updated, paused, or discontinued. Completed and valid rewards already finally credited to your balance are not automatically protected from reversal where fraud, duplicate crediting, provider reversal, or clear system error is later confirmed.

Holds, reversals, and fraud review

We may place earnings, withdrawals, or claims on hold while they are reviewed. We may reverse points or cancel rewards where a provider reverses a transaction, where activity is invalid, where abuse is detected, or where a technical or accounting error occurred. Fraud controls can include device, IP, referral, payout, and behavioral checks. Some actions may require manual review before release.

Withdrawals and reward fulfilment

Withdrawal requests and reward claims are subject to account verification, fraud review, payout availability, wallet or merchant constraints, and any minimum thresholds or country restrictions shown on the platform. A submitted request is not final until approved and processed.

Support, disputes, and mandatory rights

Use the support or ticket system for operational disputes, missing credits, payout issues, or feature questions. Privacy-related complaints may also be raised under the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove mandatory rights you may have under applicable EU or Romanian law, including rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Platform security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the platform and user accounts, including encrypted connections, secure password storage, automated fraud detection, and regular security reviews. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, using a strong password, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, circumvent any security or authentication measure, or access data or accounts that do not belong to you. Violations may result in immediate suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts where necessary for security, fraud prevention, provider compliance, legal obligations, or serious breach of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain records may still need to be retained after closure for accounting, legal, fraud, or evidence purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

Applicable law and venue

These terms should be interpreted consistently with the mandatory laws that apply to the operator and the user relationship. If the operating entity is established in Romania, Romanian law will generally apply unless mandatory EU or consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
