Your account just got a lot harder to break into. You can now enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings — adding a second step at login and an extra confirmation on every withdrawal.

What you get:

• Authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, and others) as your primary code — scan a QR code to set it up in seconds.
• Email codes as a backup if you don't have your authenticator handy.
• 10 one-time recovery codes shown once at setup — save them somewhere safe in case you lose your phone.
• "Trust this device" for 30 days so you are not challenged on every login from your own computer.

Required for withdrawals: to keep your balance safe, you will need 2FA enabled and a fresh code to confirm any cashout — this protects your points even if someone slips into an open session.

Turn it on: head to Account → Security, click Enable 2FA, scan the code, and save your recovery codes. Lost access later? Use an email code or a recovery code, and our team can reset it if needed.

We strongly recommend every member turns on 2FA today — it only takes a minute and keeps your points yours.

Big batch of updates this week — money trust, gaming trust, and a lot of polish. Here is everything new.

Cashout goal bar. Every page now shows your progress toward the next withdrawal tier — PayPal at 2,500 pts, Dogecoin at 3,000, Litecoin / Solana / Visa at 5,000, Bitcoin / Bank Transfer at 10,000. The bar updates as you earn and tells you exactly how many points you still need and the dollar value of that tier. Once you cross the first threshold a "Cash out available" link appears so you can jump straight to Rewards.

Provably fair Wheel and Loot Cases. Both games now use a commit-reveal random system you can verify yourself:

• Before you ever spin or open a case, the site publishes sha256(server_seed) — a fingerprint of the secret the server is locked into.
• Every roll is derived from hmac_sha256(client_seed:nonce, server_seed). The result is recorded in our database alongside the spin or case open.
• The Rotate & reveal seed button on the Wheel and Cases pages reveals the old server seed (so every past roll becomes checkable) and commits a fresh one. You can also supply your own client seed.
• A "How to verify a roll" walkthrough on each page shows the exact formula. mt_rand is gone from both games.

Site-wide motion polish. Cards and panels glide in with a short stagger, tiles lift slightly on hover, buttons compress when you click them, and the notification bell swings. Everything is GPU-friendly — no jank, no extra page weight, and a full reduced-motion off-switch for accessibility.

Quieter homepage. The chat sidebar no longer appears on the public homepage so the landing experience stays focused; it is still there on every page after you sign in.

You are now in control of your data on Recompensated. A new Privacy & Data section under your account lets you export everything we hold about you and, if you ever want to leave, close your account on your own terms.

What you can do:

• Download your data as a single JSON file: profile, points history, completed offers, withdrawals, referrals, support tickets, privacy requests and consents. Sensitive items (passwords, API tokens, fraud signals, admin notes) are never included.
• Private download links are signed and valid for 24 hours — they only work for you while you are signed in.
• Request account deletion with a clear 7-day grace window. You can cancel anytime before it kicks in.
• Track your requests from a simple history table on the same page — type, status and timestamps.
• Email confirmations at every step: request received, export ready, deletion scheduled, deletion cancelled, deletion completed.

About anonymization & retained records: when an account is closed we anonymize your personal identifiers (name, email, avatar, address, social-login IDs, trade URL) and revoke active sessions. Some records — fraud signals, accounting, chargeback and dispute history, partner reconciliation, security logs — are retained for legal and operational reasons, but detached from your visible profile so you no longer appear publicly.

Level system update: Levels now work in a simpler way. You gain 1 level for every 1,000 earned points, and every 10 levels unlocks a one-time reward you can claim from your profile or the new compact level widget on the dashboard.

Level rewards are now claimable milestones instead of hidden automatic bonuses inside offerwall credits, so it is much easier to see what you earned and what is waiting for you.
