After registering, verify your email before you start earning. You can enable two-factor authentication from the Security page for extra protection.

Email verification confirms the address is yours, protects the account, and is required before earning and withdrawing. If the verification email does not arrive, check spam, wait a few minutes, and use the resend option. We do not ask for identity documents to sign up, though a payout provider or a fraud review may request verification later.

Once your email is verified, open the earning surfaces available on your account. Depending on availability these can include offerwalls, reward videos, cashback shopping, shortlinks, the fixed daily bonus, missions, referrals, and promotional systems. Availability varies by country, provider inventory, account state, and review.

When you complete an offer or cashback purchase, the third-party provider reports the result back to us through a signed server-to-server callback. Points are credited only when that validated callback arrives, not the moment you finish, so there can be a delay. Blocking or interfering with the provider's tracking can stop a reward from being recorded.

A hold or pending state is applied when we or a provider need more time to validate activity, reduce the risk of reversals, or review suspicious traffic, multi-account behaviour, payout overlap, VPN/proxy signals, or other fraud indicators. Held rewards are not guaranteed to be released if the activity later fails validation. As a guide, held offer rewards are currently released automatically after up to 30 days, or up to 60 days for larger amounts (currently 10,000 points or more), if the activity passes validation; these windows can change, and cashback follows each merchant's own confirmation period.

A displayed reward is never a guarantee of payment. Credit can be delayed, denied, or reversed if a provider rejects the completion, if tracking fails, if a merchant cancels a purchase, if a chargeback occurs, or if fraud, duplicate crediting, or a clear system error is detected. Reversals can reduce your balance even after points were shown as credited.

First give provider tracking time to validate, since credit is not instant. If it still has not arrived, keep any confirmation the provider gave you and open a support ticket from your account so the request is matched to your history. We may need to check with the provider, and some completions are only creditable if the provider confirms them.

Open the Withdraw section on the Rewards page to see the current payout options (crypto, PayPal, Visa, and gift cards), the minimum for each, and any details required (for example a wallet address, or a valid email for email-delivered rewards). Withdrawals need two-factor authentication enabled. Requests are reviewed manually; a submitted request is not final until approved. Payout methods also unlock with real earnings: since your last withdrawal you need offer or referral earnings equal to the method's minimum, so free bonus points alone cannot be cashed out.

Free points from daily bonuses, chat rain, bonus codes, onboarding, and achievements can be withdrawn only after some real earning. Each payout method unlocks once you have earned at least its minimum withdrawal amount from offers or referral commission since your last withdrawal. Once unlocked, your entire balance, bonus points included, can be withdrawn through that method. After every withdrawal the counter resets, so fresh offer earnings are needed before the next one. The Rewards page shows a progress bar on every payout method with exactly how many points you still need.

Withdrawals are reviewed manually and there is no guaranteed processing time. Timing depends on fraud checks, queue volume, wallet or merchant delays, and provider availability, so it can vary from account to account and request to request. You will see the status change on your account when the request moves forward.

Points are an internal balance you redeem for the rewards we make available. The conversion rate between points and money, and the minimum for each payout method, are shown on the Rewards / Withdraw page and can be updated by the platform, so always check the figure shown there rather than assuming a fixed rate.

Your account can generate referral codes and links. When a new user signs up with one of your codes, the relationship is recorded. If that user later earns eligible points, your account can receive commission based on your current referral tier and the rules active at the time. Commission may be held, adjusted, or reversed in fraud, self-referral, provider-conflict, or duplicate-credit cases.

Codes are redeemed through the Social Media Bonus Codes section on the Daily Bonus page. We post codes on our X, Facebook, Instagram, and Discord channels, and each code belongs to the platform where it was posted. Codes can have start and end dates and a global usage cap, and each code works once per account.

The Daily Engagement area runs on UTC timing. You can claim one fixed 25-point daily bonus per UTC day, build streaks by claiming on consecutive UTC days, complete rotating daily missions, and unlock permanent achievements tied to activity and progress. Streaks do not multiply the daily reward. A streak freeze protects your streak automatically on your next claim after a missed day.

Achievement progress only counts tasks worth at least 3 points. Very small offerwall rewards are still credited to your balance in full, still count toward daily missions and seasonal events, and still pay referral commission, but they do not move achievement counters such as completed offers, videos, lifetime points, or active days. This keeps achievement milestones tied to real activity.

A streak freeze protects your daily-claim streak when you miss a day. It activates automatically on your next claim, with no button to press, and your available freezes show as a purple shield on the dashboard streak widget.

New accounts get a guided quest on the dashboard with short steps such as verifying your email, exploring the earn page, and completing your first offer. Each step pays points when it completes, on top of a separate welcome bonus. The onboarding reward pool was reduced by 50% in July 2026. Existing accounts can see the quest too.

Weekly and monthly leaderboards rank genuine earning: offers, cashback, shortlinks, and referral commission. Bonuses (daily bonus, bonus codes, chat rain, onboarding, achievements, and level or leaderboard rewards) do not count toward the leaderboards and grant no XP. Prize pools and periods are shown on the leaderboard page.

The "CS2 Skins" option in the Withdraw section lets you spend points on real skins from a curated catalog. You need a valid Steam trade URL on your profile. Prices come from live market data and convert to points at the site rate; the points price you confirm at checkout is the one charged. Skin orders are fulfilled by an admin, are not instant, and refund your points automatically if cancelled.

Pick the option in the Withdraw section on the Rewards page. These payouts are delivered by email, so enter a valid email address with your request. The minimum for each option is shown on the tile. After manual review the reward arrives in your inbox; there is no guaranteed processing time.

Open Security from your account menu, scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy, and confirm with the 6-digit code. You also get 10 one-time backup codes, so save them somewhere safe. An email-code option is available as a fallback. 2FA is required to request withdrawals, and each withdrawal asks for a fresh code.

Two-factor authentication protects your balance. Withdrawals can only be requested with 2FA enabled, and each request asks for a fresh 6-digit code from your authenticator app (or an emailed code). Set it up once on the Security page and every future cashout stays protected.

Sign in using one of your saved backup codes or the "email me a code" option on the challenge screen, then re-enrol a new device from the Security page. If you lost both the app and your backup codes, submit a support ticket so the team can verify your identity and reset 2FA for you.

No. Only one account per person is allowed unless we approve an exception in writing. Multiple accounts, self-referrals, account sharing, farming, or using another person's identity, device, or payout route can lead to holds, reversals, permanent suspension, and refusal of withdrawals.

No. VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, scripts, device spoofing, traffic masking, or any tool used to interfere with accurate identity, device, or location checks are prohibited unless a provider explicitly allows it and the platform separately permits it. These tools can trigger fraud review, cancellation of earnings, or account suspension.

Some earning surfaces load partner content or need tracking to record a completion. If a content blocker breaks one of those, the platform may show a notice asking you to allow (whitelist) Recompensated so the activity can be tracked. We ask only for whitelisting on the pages that need it; we never ask you to disable protection everywhere. If a partner is simply down, that is not your fault and no whitelisting is requested.

To protect users, advertisers, and payouts, we run automated anti-fraud checks using signals such as IP reputation, device/browser signals, login and referral patterns, payout-destination overlap, and provider feedback. These checks can hold or block registrations, earnings, or withdrawals. If an automated check affects you and you believe it is wrong, contact support so a person can review it.

Accounts can be restricted or suspended for security, fraud prevention, provider compliance, legal reasons, or breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, for example multiple accounts, prohibited tools, or abuse. If you think a restriction is a mistake, open a support ticket with any relevant detail and the team will review it.

You may use the platform only if you can lawfully agree to the Terms and are at least 18 years old. Some offers and payout methods are limited by country or by the provider, so availability and inventory differ by region. Using tools to fake your location to access unavailable content is prohibited.

Yes. Many earning opportunities come from third-party advertisers, offerwalls, cashback merchants, reward-video providers, and affiliate networks, and we may earn a commission when you complete them. Those partners operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their inventory, approval decisions, or availability, and an offer can change or disappear at any time.

Use the support ticket system from your account whenever possible so your request can be matched to your account and activity. The in-chat support bot can answer general questions from this FAQ, but it cannot see your account, so anything account-specific needs a ticket. For privacy or legal requests, use the contact route in the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what data we process, why, the legal basis, who receives it, and how long it is kept. You can download a copy of your personal data and manage your account from the Privacy & Data section, and you have GDPR rights including access, correction, erasure, and objection. Optional analytics, marketing, and affiliate tracking only run with your cookie consent.

Request account closure from the Privacy & Data section. It starts a grace period during which you can cancel; after that, your account is anonymised: identifiers are scrambled or removed, sessions and push subscriptions are revoked, and it can no longer log in, earn, withdraw, or appear in public listings. Some records are kept where required for fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance, detached from your profile where possible.

Strictly necessary cookies are used for sign-in, security, and core operation. Optional analytics, functional, marketing, and affiliate-tracking technologies stay off until you agree. Staff occasionally drop a "rain" (a pot of points) into the community chat. While the rain timer runs, press Join on the rain card pinned above the chat; when it ends, the pot is split equally between everyone who joined. You need a verified email and at least one completed earning to be eligible.

A staff member tagged you with @yourname in the community chat, usually to answer something you asked or to flag something for you. Click the notification or the chat bubble to open chat; the message that mentions you is highlighted so it is easy to spot.
